COVID -19 Salon Guidelines

PLESAE READ THESE GUIDELINES BEFORE COMING IN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

We hope you and your family and friends are safe and well.

We are pleased to let you know that we will be open for business again from 12th April 2021 and are really looking forward to seeing us you.

We are contacting all pre-booked appointments and those of you registered on our priority booking list. If you would like an appointment please complete your details on our priority booking list on our website or call us 01483 417781.

We have been updated our salon, with extra space between station. All stations & back wash areas have individual safety screening. 

If you or any member of your household are displaying symptoms of Covid-19, please do not come into the salon and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

We Kindly ask you use NHS Test and Trace & scan on QR poster displayed. We do have paper Covid-19 form if you are unable to use your app. In accordance with track and trace we will keep your details for 21 days as required and adhering to GDPR regulations.

Please maintain social distancing at your appointment.

We Kindly ask you to wait outside the salon, and a member of staff will come to greet you and show your to your seat.

Please arrive for your appointment on time and contact us if any delays. Any late arrivals could result in your appointment being cancelled due to time restrictions.

On arrival, you will be asked to sanitise your hand.

 Please wear a face covering - it is our salon policy for all staff and guests to wear a covering. We will provide these complimentary if required.

Please be aware that we may have to take your temperature before you enter and will discreetly discuss any higher temperatures with you.

Please bring minimal belongings with you, we will not be able to store any coats or belongings.

We will be happy to provide water in disposable bottles but unfortunately will restrict other refreshments to minimise contact.

Please come to your appointment alone, (except if you are a parent of a child or carer). Children’s appointments: We have extended the salon space especially for these appointments but are still restricted due to social distancing. Please come with one parent / Guardian / Carer and without siblings if possible.  All parents / Guardians / Carers are responsible for their children at all times & ensuring social distancing.

We are unable to currently have any toys / sweets  / food so please do bring any toys materials that you think your child would enjoy for their appointment. 

No fridge trims will be offered as stand alone service at present.

There will be no magazines or newspapers to share between clients. Please feel free to bring any personal reading material for your appointment.

Our team continue to follow strict Covid-19 hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same. Sanitise or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing.

Team members will be sanitising all stations, door handles and bathrooms regularly and after each appointment, no cross contamination.

All Team members have undergone extra Covid-19 training.

All stations and equipment all sanitised after every appointment, all equipment sanitised and all gowns / towels strictly single use only and washed at 60 degrees for each client.

Please pay with a card (preferably contactless).

Hair Colour Appointments.

In response Covid-19 lockdowns our colour house has updated their Skin and Allergy guidelines. We continue to follow these strictly for your health and well-being.

ALLERGY ALERT TEST:

 We ask you to have an Allergy Alert Skin Test test 48 hrs prior to your colour appointment, this will provide an opportunity to have a consultation and strand test of your hair if required. Please also let us know off any colour application that you may have used since your last appointment with us, so we can book your appointment accordingly. Please let us know if you are wanting colour change at time of booking.

Failure to not have an Allergy Alert test before your colour appointment, will result in your appointment being cancelled & having to re-scheduled.
